The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley is partners with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, ETA Cuisinaire and Special Olympics to offer a safe, educational and fun program for all.

If you register on-line, or if you print out registration forms and mail in to our office, please make sure the forms are filled out completely. You will not be considered registered if not done so and cannot begin the program until all information is complete. Please pay particularly close attention to the Emergency Contact information.  Thank you for helping to insure our programs are safe!

**Credit/Refund Policy**

The YMCA of the Greater Tri-Valley does not issue credits or refunds except under the following conditions:

A program has been cancelled by the YMCA

An error has been made by the YMCA regarding payment

A medical excuse is presented with a physician's signature due to emergency

All payments are received in order to hold a spot for your child in the following month and no refunds are given. For all EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) transactions your payment will be deducted from your account on the 15th of every month prior to the start of care for the next month.
